Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Applications Solution Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing Oracle applications and a deep understanding of system functionality and business processes. This role requires strategic thinking, solution leadership, and the ability to engage with C-Suite clients.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and implementation of Oracle Cloud ERP solutions, ensuring alignment with business strategy.
  • Provide expert guidance on Oracle SaaS Applications, including Finance, Procurement, PPM, EPM, HCM, and reporting tools.
  • Create and enhance coherent, end-to-end solutions.
  • Develop and maintain high-level design documentation.
  • Advise clients on risks and impacts during design authority meetings.
  • Provide oversight and guidance to Data Migration, Reporting, and Integration teams.
  • Manage relationships with senior client stakeholders, providing expert advice on Oracle applications.
  • Support the pre-sales team in designing robust solutions.
  • Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering continuous learning and improvement.
  • Identify value and drive realization, understanding business cases and commercial awareness.

Qualifications:
  • Extensive experience in implementing Oracle Cloud Finance systems and understanding the full capabilities of Oracle HCM, Procurement, PPM, and EPM applications.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle tools such as OIC and OAC.
  • Proven ability to lead and oversee complex projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Technical, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

Preferred Certifications:
  • OCP (Oracle Certified Professional)

Experience:
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a technology environment with a strong focus on Oracle ERP managed and/or professional services solutions.
