Job description

VCG is looking for a senior application analyst for Cerner SurgiNet to support sustainment efforts on Cerner Millennium. This position would be responsible for supporting efforts related to design, build, implementation, training, evaluation, testing, maintenance and support. Establishes and maintains relationships at the appropriate level between Hospital and Clients, in order to provide appropriate escalation of issues and solution benefits.

General Project Scope:


1800 hours
  • Analysis and design of workflow
  • Update and maintain clinic-specific Data Collection Workbooks (DCW's) Perform Impact analysis and manages JIRA tickets
  • Build and validate builds in various domains
  • Provide implementation support including cutover and go-live
  • Problem solves and addresses production issues

Length: 9 months to start

Hours: 37-38 hrs/week
Travel: 80%+
