Position Overview
Inabia is seeking an experienced Medical Surgical Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in an acute care hospital environment. The RN will deliver comprehensive nursing care to adult patients while collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams.Work Environment
This role is based in a busy acute care hospital setting that serves a diverse patient population requiring medical and surgical treatment.Key Responsibilities
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
  • Monitor patient conditions and report significant changes.
  • Maintain accurate patient documentation in the electronic medical record system.
  • Provide patient and family education.
  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care.
Requirements
  • Active RN license
  • Minimum 2 years of Medical Surgical experience
  • Cerner experience required
  • Previous travel nursing experience preferred
  • BLS certification
Schedule
  • 3 x 12 hour night shifts
  • 36 hours guaranteed weekly
  • Every other weekend required
