Job description

PICU Registered Nurse

Saratoga Medical is currently looking for a PICU (Pediatric Intensive Care Unit) Registered Nurse to work at the Naval Hospital Portsmouth, VA. The PICU RN will work 12 hour shifts either 6:45a - 7:15pm or 6:45pm - 7:15am to equal 80 hours every 2 weeks - full time schedule. 8 hours each week are paid at OT rate, and on-call may be required on a rotating basis for 1 shift every 12 weeks.

Required Qualifications
  • Education: Nursing Degree Required
  • Licensure: Current, full, active, and unrestricted license to practice as a Registered Nurse in any of the 50 U.S. States or U.S. Territories
  • Experience - minimum of 18 months PICU experience within the last 24 months
  • Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, S.T.A.B.L.E certifications required prior to start date
