Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the kitchen team, including chefs, cooks, and kitchen staff, ensuring effective coordination and collaboration.
  • Oversee menu planning and development, taking into account customer preferences, seasonal ingredients, and culinary trends.
  • Create and refine recipes, ensuring consistent quality, taste, and presentation of dishes.
