Job description

Own and execute the territory business plan to meet or exceed annual revenue targets.
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline across hospitals, with a specific focus on the cardiac catheter lab.
Cultivate relationships with interventional cardiologists, administrators, and procurement teams.
Lead complex capital sales cycles from clinical evaluation to contracting and installation.
Collaborate cross-functionally with clinical specialists, field service, and marketing.
Deliver product demonstrations, value-based selling pitches, and ROI models to stakeholders.
Stay informed of competitor activity, market trends, and customer needs.
Accurately forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual sales performance.
Requirements
EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
3-7 years of capital medical device sales experience, preferably in cardiology (e.g., Cath lab, EP, structural heart, cardiac imaging).
Proven track record of exceeding quota in long-cycle, solution-based selling environments.
Strong knowledge of hospital procurement, budgeting, and capital acquisition processes.
Ability to develop clinical and financial champions across multiple stakeholder levels.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and territory management skills.
Willingness to travel within territory up to 70%.
Preferred Experience:
Previous roles at companies like Medtronic, Abbott, Boston Scientific, GE, Philips, or similar.
Experience working within cardiovascular service lines or cardiac EP markets.
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and reporting dashboards.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree required, clinical or business background preferred.
