Registered Nurse - Cardiovascular
Job Description:
If you want to make a significant impact as a Registered Nurse - Cardiovascular in Redding, CA this position might be what you are looking for!
Responsibilities:
  • Provide specialized nursing care to patients with cardiovascular conditions, including heart disease, hypertension, heart failure, and post-surgical recovery.
  • Monitor and assess patients' cardiac status, including heart rhythms, vital signs, and oxygen levels.
  • Administer medications, including antiarrhythmics, anticoagulants, vasodilators, and other cardiovascular drugs, per physician orders.
  • Prepare patients for and assist during invasive cardiovascular procedures, including pacemaker insertions, angioplasty, and bypass surgeries.
Qualifications:
  • CA Registered Nurse license
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
  • Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) or Certified Cardiovascular Nurse (preferred)
