Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead business and operational activities related to application implementation and development.
  • Drive Agile practices, including user story development, requirements gathering, backlog management, and portfolio planning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business and technology initiatives.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects while ensuring timely execution.
  • Present project updates, strategies, and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Support process improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
Required Skills:

  • Strong experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
  • Expertise in user story development, requirements gathering, and portfolio management.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
