  • Salary: $108,480 - $135,600 plus annual target bonus
  • This role can be based out of CA, IL, KY, MI, MN, NV, TN or WI

Position Responsibilities: 

  • Build and deliver capability training programs including employee on-boarding and development
  • Develop highly engaging and interactive learning solutions for delivery in a classroom, virtually or in an online setting
  • Demonstrate a creative vision for learning which translates to effective instructional design and training modalities that support company business goals and objectives
  • Provide sales and business subject matter expertise on key sales operation initiatives and program launches
  • Drive sales volume, gross profit, availability and market share through impactful training
  • Evaluate and analyze the impact of capability training programs on both the employees and the overall business using effective training measurement tools and make recommendations to leadership to maximize success
  • Create and drive reinforcement materials, tools, and/or follow up sessions to support adoption of sales training concepts
  • Conduct capability assessments and surveys virtually or in the field
  • Execute a consistent and timely communication plan for training programs that ensure successful solution and program deployment down to the front-line organization
  • Oversee development and timely delivery of Train-the-Trainer programs
  • Create exceptional learning experiences and develop people to be their best
  • Travel up to 30%
  • Other projects or duties as assigned
Qualifications

Required Education and Experience: 

  • Bachelor's Degree with 8 plus years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) and 11 plus years of specific experience

Preferred Education and Experience: 

  • Master's Degree
