This is a contract-to-hire opportunity, meaning you’ll begin on contract for the first 4 months, and upon successful conversion to a full-time employee, you’ll become eligible to work remotely.

Entry Level Call Center Rep Training & schedule

Your onboarding is designed to help you build confidence and succeed in the role:

  • Classroom/On the job training: Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, for the first 12 weeks
  • After training, most schedules are from 12:00 PM to 9:00pm

Entry Level Call Center Rep Work arrangement

  • Fully on-site for the initial 4-month contract period
  • After successful conversion to full-time employee status, team members become eligible to work remotely
  • Weekend and holiday availability is required based on business needs

Entry Level Call Center Rep Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience
  • Comfortable using Windows, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Google Docs
  • Familiarity with digital streaming services and common streaming devices
  • Ability to work on-site in San Antonio during the contract period and live within 30 miles of the office
