Job description

As an Accounting Call Center Representative at OOIDA, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support related to accounting and financial matters. You will be responsible for handling inbound calls, assisting members with accounting inquiries, resolving billing issues, and ensuring accurate financial transactions. This role requires strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills

Responsibilities
  • Takes a high volume of incoming and outgoing phone calls
  • Collects payments using various methods while maintaining customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential
  • Understands the billing process and how that relates to the payment application, and is able to effectively communicate that information to internal and external customers
  • Works to back-up other billing jobs and secondary duties where cross training is complete
