Make An Impact!

This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a substantial impact on our business and the travel industry. Join our team and lead the charge in driving transformational change for our Travel Partners and teams!

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to join our Commercial Operations team. This role will lead complex, cross-functional programs that drive transformational change for our Travel Partners and teams. The ideal candidate will be able to navigate ambiguity, influence stakeholders across all levels, and deliver high-impact results in our fast-paced travel industry.

In This Role You Will:

  • Lead and oversee large-scale, complex programs requiring coordination across multiple teams and organizations
  • Design and optimize effective program structures, governance, and frameworks throughout the program lifecycle
  • Program Manage cross functional teams, ensuring clear roles, responsibilities, and accountability
  • Anticipate, assess, and manage dependencies, resources, risks, and issues across multiple workstreams
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement
  • Lead stakeholder management and communication, tailoring messages for different audiences
  • Influence and align functional leaders and senior stakeholders without formal authority, building the credibility and relationships needed to secure prioritization, resourcing, and follow-through across teams that don't report to this role
  • Drive Key programs that significantly impact the business and shape the future of travel
  • Lead end-to-end program execution, from concept to delivery and post-implementation evaluation
  • Contribute to building a high-performing program management organization
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align program objectives with company strategy
  • Identify and leverage emerging trends and technologies to enhance program effectiveness

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Operations, or a related field
  • 5+ years of proven experience leading complex, cross-functional, large-scale business programs and initiatives
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, Agile) with relevant certifications
  • Experience in the travel industry, with a deep understanding of customer-centric and sales operations
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority
  • Skilled at managing upward and laterally - building trust with functional leaders and executives to drive alignment and unblock decisions, despite having no direct authority over the teams executing the work
  • Proven track record of delivering results in ambiguous and fast-paced environments
  • Strong business acumen and ability to connect program execution with broader business goals
  • Experience in change management and driving organizational transformation
The total cash range for this position in Seattle is $110,500.00 to $155,000.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $177,000.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.

Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual's knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
