Overview
The Business Operations Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the efficiency and effectiveness of a fast-paced and growing organization. This position provides analytical and operational support across multiple business units, with a focus on aligning people, processes, and performance. Reporting to senior leadership, the role leverages financial, operational, and human resources data to deliver insights that inform strategic decision-making and drive organizational improvement.
The analyst works cross-functionally with departments such as finance, operations, and human resources to evaluate workforce planning, roles and responsibilities, profitability, and overall business performance. This position supports scalable processes and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and ensure alignment with company goals. While prior experience in process improvement is not required, the role offers training and professional development opportunities to build skills in this area and expand future career growth
Responsibilities
  • Customer Data Governance: Ensure accuracy, consistency, and standardization of customer data across CRM systems, serving as the primary point of contact for data governance processes.
  • Operational & Administrative Support: Support Commercial Services operations by maintaining organized file structures, standardizing SOPs, preparing purchase orders and COIs, and assisting with job sequences and reporting.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze financial, operational, and HR data to identify trends, track performance metrics, and generate actionable insights through dashboards and reports for leadership decision-making.
  • Human Resources & Talent Analysis: Partner with leadership to evaluate workforce effectiveness, assess roles and responsibilities, identify skill gaps, and support talent development and retention initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with finance, operations, HR, marketing, and leadership teams to understand challenges, share insights, and drive alignment on strategic initiatives.
  • Data Quality & Technology Utilization: Maintain data integrity and reliability while leveraging tools such as Power BI and CRM systems; recommend technology enhancements to improve efficiency and reporting capabilities.
  • Continuous Improvement & Development: Contribute to process improvement initiatives and participate in professional development opportunities to expand skills and support scalable business practices.
