Position Overview:

Provive Wellness is seeking a Business Development Representative for our upcoming IN facility. This key role will focus on growing our business and expanding our network of referral sources in the behavioral health and addiction treatment sectors. Reporting to the National Director of Business Development, the primary responsibility of this position is building strong relationships in the field, meeting with potential clients and partners, and driving referrals to our services. The position requires frequent in-person interactions with healthcare professionals, community organizations, and other key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Field Relationship Management:

    • Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, referral sources, and community organizations.

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for referral sources, answering questions and fostering trust to increase referrals.

    • Conduct in-person visits to healthcare facilities, treatment centers, and other community partners to promote Provive Wellness’ services.

    • Build strategic partnerships with key decision-makers in healthcare settings, including addiction treatment and behavioral health services.

  • Referral Network Growth:

    • Actively seek out new referral sources and opportunities for collaboration within the community.

    • Strengthen relationships with existing referral partners to ensure consistent and accurate referrals to Provive Wellness.

    • Track, manage, and nurture relationships to expand our referral network in key areas.

  • Client Admissions Support:

    • Work closely with the admissions team to ensure seamless and timely admissions for referred clients.

    • Assist with the coordination of the referral process, ensuring proper documentation is completed and ensuring all client needs are met.

    • Be present for in-person meetings or calls with prospective clients and their families as needed.

  • Collaboration with Internal Teams:

    • Coordinate with the admissions team to align strategies, ensure smooth transitions for clients, and resolve any challenges related to client intake.

    • Share insights with leadership about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.

    • Provide regular updates and progress reports to the National Director of Business Development and other key leaders.

  • Market Awareness & Reporting:

    • Stay informed about industry developments and maintain a deep understanding of the local healthcare landscape to identify new opportunities for growth.

    • Collect and report on data related to referral activity and admissions, providing actionable insights to guide decision-making.

    • Work with leadership to adjust strategies and outreach efforts based on feedback and results.

  • Support Business Development Strategy:

    • Collaborate with leadership on strategies to improve the facility’s outreach, strengthen brand presence in the community, and build a positive reputation for Provive Wellness.

    • Assist in the development and implementation of outreach campaigns that align with the facility's goals.

Qualifications:

  • Education & Experience:

    • High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

    • At least 1 year of experience in business development, community outreach, or client relationship management (preferably in healthcare, mental health, or addiction treatment).

    • Experience in a field-based role with direct client interaction and relationship management.

  • Skills & Abilities:

    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and build trust with individuals at all levels.

    • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in the field with minimal supervision.

    • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

    • Knowledge of substance use disorder and mental health treatment services is a plus.

    • Ability to use CRM systems or other tracking tools to monitor progress and referrals.

  • Other Requirements:

    • Ability to travel locally and within assigned territories, with regular visits to healthcare and community organizations.

    • Comfortable engaging in in-person meetings, presentations, and networking activities.

    • A proactive, goal-oriented mindset with a drive to meet targets and develop long-term client relationships.
