Business Development Representative
Join Valley Forge Medical Center in Norristown, PA - a leading facility dedicated to providing both acute inpatient care and substance use treatment under one roof. We are meeting a critical need in the community, and this is your opportunity to be part of something transformative from day one.
What You'll Do:
As our Business Development Representative, you will serve as the face of our hospital to regional healthcare providers. Your mission is to build strong referral relationships with local hospitals, case managers, discharge planners, and healthcare leaders to ensure patients in crisis receive timely, life-saving care.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key hospital contacts throughout the Norristown and Greater Philadelphia region
  • Present the benefits of our programs through on-site visits, meetings, and presentations
  • Identify opportunities for collaboration with healthcare providers, social workers, and emergency departments
  • Partner closely with our clinical admissions team to ensure a seamless referral and intake process
  • Track and report referral activity, outcomes, and growth opportunities
