PBMares is seeking a Business Development Manager to play a key role in advancing our firm's growth strategy. This position strengthens business development efforts across the firm by supporting pursuit teams, building scalable processes, and enabling consistent, data driven revenue growth. As a core member of the Practice Growth team, this role works closely with colleagues across marketing, communications, industry teams, and service lines.

The Business Development Manager partners day to day with firm leaders to align business development strategy with broader growth initiatives, while equipping partners and teams with the insights and tools needed to pursue the right opportunities at the right time.This role blends strategy, analysis, relationship building, and technology. The successful candidate will bring strong Salesforce expertise, comfort using AI based tools, and the ability to influence outcomes across multiple teams and locations.
