  • Research and identify potential contract opportunities and strategic partners
  • Assist with opportunity tracking, pipeline management, and market research
  • Participate in customer meetings, industry events, and networking activities
  • Support proposal development and capture activities
  • Maintain customer and opportunity data within company systems
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials for leadership
  • Develop an understanding of the federal acquisition and contracting process
  • Collaborate with recruiting, operations, and executive leadership teams to support company growth objectives

  • Interest in government contracting, federal business development, sales, recruiting, or professional services
  • Previous internship, customer service, sales, leadership, or business-related experience
  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
  • Comfortable engaging with professionals at all levels
What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone who is intelligent, resourceful, and eager to build a long-term career. The ideal candidate is naturally curious, takes initiative, asks thoughtful questions, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Experience is less important than attitude, professionalism, and a genuine desire to learn.

Benefits
  • Career development and mentorship from experienced professionals
  • Exposure to the federal contracting industry
  • Opportunity for security clearance sponsorship
  • Professional growth and advancement opportunities
  • Competitive compensation and benefits package

If you're looking for an opportunity to launch a rewarding career in business development and government contracting, we'd love to hear from you.
