Participants rotate through different departments or roles within the business development function, such as sales, marketing, strategy, and partnerships, over a set period—typically 12 to 24 months. This program helps individuals gain a broad understanding of the company's operations, develop key skills, and identify the best career fit within the organization. It also provides networking opportunities and mentorship, often leading to a permanent role upon completion.
