We are looking for a Business Development Manager. The ideal candidate must be organized, efficient, professional, and overly communicative. He or she will be able to work with a variety of people and departments (new business, creative, strategy, analytics, account) to deliver great, collaborative work against agency deadlines.
Salary range: $46000 - $56000 per year.
Responsibilities:
  • Research accounts and contacts to develop compelling and tailored value propositions.
  • Use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with customers.
  • Engage with prospects to share the company vision, identify opportunities, and generate interest.
  • Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services.
  • Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction.
  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns to boost company profit and contribute to our long-term business growth.
  • Disseminate qualified new opportunities to appropriate sales representative, collaborating with reps about the opportunity and determining appropriate action items.
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge of the products and services.

Qualifications
