The ideal candidate has a proven track record of success in business development, thrives in a high-performance environment, and excels at networking to generate leads and cultivate strong industry relationships.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic business development plans to drive growth for AlphaExperts' KOL and Patient Engagement solutions. Identify, engage, and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers in the Life Sciences industry, leveraging your network to generate new business opportunities. Lead the end-to-end sales process.

Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and service delivery, to align business development efforts with company objectives. Represent Alphanumeric at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to drive brand awareness and lead generation. Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify areas for expansion and innovation in our service offerings.

Consistently meet or exceed revenue and growth targets. Qualifications & Requirements: At least 5-7 years of experience in Business Development within the Life Sciences sector. Strong knowledge of KOL and Patient Engagement strategies, Medical Communications, MedAffairs and/or MedInfo services.

Strong experience in a CRO , preferably a larger CRO. Deep understanding of the services offered by a CRO. Proven track record of success in achieving and surpassing sales and growth targets.

Highly motivated, results-driven, and thrives in a high-performance environment. Exceptional networking skills with the ability to identify and capitalize on new opportunities. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Willingness and ability to travel to industry events and prospect meetings as required. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM platforms and other lead generation platforms (e.g. HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zymewire) Why Join Us?
