Description:

Perimeter Solutions Group (PSG) is seeking a relationship-driven Business Development Manager to grow our commercial fencing, gate automation, access control, and perimeter security business throughout the Greater Phoenix market.

PSG combines the strengths of Biddle & Brown Fence Company, Diamond Iron, and Tusco to deliver integrated perimeter solutions for commercial, municipal, industrial, and high-security clients.

The successful candidate will identify new business opportunities, build strategic relationships, and drive revenue growth across commercial construction, municipal, industrial, HOA, and critical infrastructure markets.

This is a field-based sales role focused on developing new business, managing customer relationships, and collaborating with operations and estimating teams to deliver exceptional results.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of outside B2B sales or business development experience

• Proven track record of generating new business and closing commercial contracts

• Strong relationship-building, networking, and customer relationship management skills

• Experience working within construction, specialty trades, building products, security systems, fencing, gate automation, or related industries preferred

• Familiarity with commercial construction sales cycles and multiple stakeholder environments

• Experience working with general contractors, developers, municipalities, HOA management companies, or facility managers preferred

• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and organizational skills

• Self-motivated with the ability to manage a large territory independently

• Experience using CRM systems and maintaining accurate pipeline reporting

• Valid Arizona Driver's License and clean driving record
