Location: Kansas City (Lenexa, KS HQ) | Full-Time | In-Office

About the Job

We are hiring a Business Development Associate who will be focused on outbound prospecting, cold calling, and appointment setting for their assigned Account Executives. This position plays a critical role in driving pipeline growth by initiating conversations with prospective clients across government, hospitality, and education sectors. This is a great opportunity for motivated individuals who are tenacious, people-oriented, and eager to start a career in sales.
