We are seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Director to help grow our customer base, strengthen existing partnerships, and drive revenue within the metal fabrication industry. This role is ideal for a relationship-focused sales professional who understands fabrication environments and enjoys developing strategic customer partnerships.
What You'll Do
  • Develop and grow relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target markets.
  • Expand current accounts by uncovering additional products and service opportunities.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and advocate for customer needs.
  • Collaborate with engineering, operations, production, quality, and customer service teams to ensure successful project execution.
