Your Purpose as a Job Title:
  • Scheduling appointments for the Service Department
  • Ensure customer retention by providing extraordinary customer service
  • Use multi-line phone system to receive high volume inbound calls
  • Achieve and maintain goals to increase ongoing service retention by using multiple forms of communication
