What You’ll Do
  • Develop and grow relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target markets.
  • Expand current accounts by uncovering additional products and service opportunities.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and advocate for customer needs.
  • Collaborate with engineering, operations, production, quality, and customer service teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Conduct regular customer visits, business reviews, and prospect meetings.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and industry developments.
  • Track sales activity, account growth, profitability, and customer opportunities through CRM systems.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of business development, sales, or account management experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or metal fabrication environment.
  • Proven success driving revenue growth and building long-term customer relationships.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and blueprints.
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
