The Judge Group is seeking a driven, results-oriented Account Executiveย to join our growingย Healthcare Staffingย team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare organizations, providing talent acquisition solutions, and driving new business opportunities. Compensation:

Below is a breakdown of average incomes by Judge Salespeople who were employed for the entire year of 2025:

- 37% of our Account Executives earned over $250,000

- 35% of our Account Executives earned between $150,000 and $250,000

- 14% of our Account Executives earned between $100,000 and $150,000

- 14% of our Account Executives earned between $75,000 and $100,000

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Promote and present Judge's healthcare staffing services to new and existing clients through calls, meetings, and virtual presentations
  • Generate new business opportunities by cold calling, attending industry events/conferences, leveraging referrals, and strategic prospecting
  • Build and grow relationships with key client hiring managers and decision-makers, both locally and nationally
  • Maintain and expand existing client accounts through regular engagement, performance review meetings, and consistent delivery of value
  • Conduct 10-15 client meetings (in-person and virtual) weekly to drive business development and uncover staffing needs
  • Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline of qualified prospects and active client engagements
  • Secure qualified job requisitions from both new and existing clients, collaborating with the recruiting team to ensure fulfillment
  • Work cross-functionally with internal delivery, compliance, and leadership teams to ensure an excellent client experience
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2-3+ years ofย business development,ย account management, orย recruitingย experience in a staffing or service-based environment
  • Demonstrated ability to develop new business and grow client accounts
  • Experience managing relationships with mid-market and national accounts, preferably within the healthcare industry
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Highly motivated, goal-driven, and commission-oriented
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
