Job description

Building Material Estimator

We are looking for a building material estimator for

a Retail Lumberyard. This job is located in New Rockford, ND

Primary Responsibilities. Estimating building materials for house plans, shops, garages, remodel projects.

Experience in the building industry is very helpful.

Applicant will be required to read blue prints, work with

customers on their projects from start to finish.

Previous sales building experience is a plus.

Computer skills with knowledge of basic office systems.

Full-time position

Compensation

$50,000 to $60,000 per year DOE

Yearly Sales Commissions

401 (k) w/Employer matching up to 3%

Employer Paid Single Health Insurance

Paid Time Off And Sick Time

Schedule

Monday to Friday 8:00 to 5:00

Ability To Relocate To Commute Or Relocate To New Rockford.
