As a member of the Facility Services team, the Maintenance Technician will work to maintain the safe and efficient operation of building systems, as well as maintain the appearance of the facilities.


Education, Experience and Skills Required

  • 1+ year of maintenance experience โ€” ideally in a commercial office setting
  • Comfortable using a computer, mobile device, and Workspeed or similar CMMS
  • A great communicator โ€” whether itโ€™s with a teammate or a tenant
  • Valid driverโ€™s licenseย 
  • A strong work ethic and a can-do attitude
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work safely and smart
  • Familiar with basic tools and maintenance techniques
  • A team player whoโ€™s also not afraid to take the lead when needed
