We provide top-tier maintenance and facilities services across a growing portfolio of commercial properties, and we're looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to lead our field team and keep our properties running at their best.

What You'll Do

  • Supervise and schedule a team of maintenance technicians across multiple commercial properties
  • Oversee preventive maintenance programs for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems
  • Respond to and prioritize emergency maintenance requests, ensuring fast, high-quality resolution
  • Quote and bill out jobs accurately and quickly, keeping pace with a fast-moving workload
  • Conduct regular property inspections and identify repair or capital improvement needs
  • Manage vendor relationships and coordinate outside contractors when specialized work is needed
  • Track work orders, maintain accurate records, and report on team performance and property conditions
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes
  • Mentor and train technicians, setting the standard for quality and responsiveness

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in commercial building maintenance, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role
  • Working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general building systems
  • Comfortable quoting and billing jobs in a fast-paced environment, with strong attention to accuracy under time pressure
  • Available for on-call rotation and emergency response outside normal business hours
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
