SUMMARY DESCRIPTION:

The Regional Broker Manager will be a high-performing individual contributor who will be responsible for serving as a liaison between Zing Health and the agents and agencies in the assigned territory. Responsible for daily face to face agent/broker sales calls and monthly training seminars to market Zing Health Medicare products. Our ideal candidate has experience and knowledge of all aspects of Medicare, broker relations, accounts management, is client focused with a strong executive presence. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • The Regional Broker Manager will maintain and support all Partner Broker field sales within the market (Individual Agents, and Agencies)
  • Execute on national strategies with downline sales agencies & local direct agencies to drive profitable growth through down-line sales (e.g. educate and expand on MA products)
  • Recruit and meet with brokers and agencies to build relationships and promote our brand, and Medicare products in the assigned territory or region.
  • Work closely with Operations and sales management to ensure the brokers have clear understanding Zing Health's mission, the plan for growth and to provide issue resolution within a timely manner.  
  • Conduct virtual and field trainings to educate brokers and agencies on Zing Health's mission, new product offerings, and sales systems.  
  • Execute on market/region sales goals and objectives (sales events, training, etc.) Meet or exceed sales objectives through broker channel.  
  • Adheres to and maintains current understanding of compliance requirements and organizational policies & procedures

Required Qualifications

  • Requires a high school diploma and a minimum of 3 years sales and territory management experience and/or experience working with agents & brokers; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background. 
  • Remote position with applicants residing in or near the territory  

Preferred Qualifications

  • BA/BS preferred. Active and current life and health Insurance license in good standing required or is required to be obtained and appointed within sixty (60) days of hire. Testing may be required to qualify for this position.
