About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Associate Broker to join our team in Chicago. This role is ideal for someone early in their commercial real estate career who is looking to learn, grow, and make an impact. As an Associate Broker, you'll have the opportunity to work on diverse projects, learn from experienced professionals, and contribute to the success of our clients' real estate strategies.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist senior brokers in all aspects of the deal process, from prospecting to closing
  • Conduct market research and gather data to support business development activities
  • Help prepare client presentations, property summaries, and new business proposals
  • Participate in client meetings and property tours, learning to build and maintain client relationships
  • Assist in financial analysis and basic modeling for real estate transactions
  • Contribute to the development of marketing materials and property listings
  • Utilize CRM systems to manage client information and track deal progress
  • Participate in training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in commercial real estate
  • Support senior team members in negotiations and deal structuring

Preferred:
  • Active real estate license or willingness to obtain one within the first 6 months of employment
