At TCI Transportation, we’re looking for a Brokerage Account Manager to join our growing team in North Richland Hills, TX, and be a key player in our mission to deliver exceptional service and innovative freight solutions.

About the Role

As a Brokerage Account Manager, you will take full ownership of customer accounts — overseeing daily operations, identifying opportunities for growth, and delivering industry-leading service. Reporting directly to the Director, this role requires a go-getter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building meaningful customer connections.

What You'll Do
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts.

  • Coordinate shipment builds, order entry (manual and EDI), and scheduling.

  • Facilitate route optimizations through efficient routing and planning.

  • Maximize revenue and load volume while delivering top-tier service.

  • Maintain weekly communication with all assigned clients.

  • Foster and grow customer relationships through trust and performance.

  • Provide accurate quoting and pricing by collaborating with the pricing and sales team.

  • Ensure precise billing and collaborate with Credit on payment issues.

  • Anticipate customer needs and resolve shipping challenges efficiently.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to meet and exceed customer expectations.
