Description
Primary Purpose:
Lead the branch rental team which included; Rental Coordinators, Dispatcher, Truck Drivers and warehouse personnel to provide outstanding customer service. Act as the dispatcher based On branch rental volume,
Essential Functions:
  • Customer Satisfaction- ensure your team is exhibiting Admar's standard's for customer service through observation, and coach team members when necessary
  • Supervise and assist Rental Coordinators answering rental calls and quoting rates. Act as QA/QC control for all documentation and processes the rental team is responsible for
  • Monitor, understand and report rate exceptions.
  • Communicate with salesman to coordinate on-time deliveries via Rental Coordinators and Dispatcher
  • Supervise Dispatcher in planning delivery and pick up routes to efficiently utilize resources
  • Monitor equipment availability, be proactive in sourcing equipment form other branches, or from customers that are past due ion pick up
  • Coordinate rental repair priorities with Service Manager for emergency rentals
  • Monitor delivery vehicles for legal and safety requirements
  • Control costs of re-rentals and 3rd party hauling
  • Training new Rental Coordinators and assisting existing Rental Coordinators in keeping up to date on product knowledge
  • Monitor paperwork is processed daily such as, but not limited to; Cycle bills and cash payments, pick up dates, rate exception report, open PO's etc
  • Performs other duties as assigned

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with management, employees and customers
  • Strong understanding of MS Office
  • Strong math skills. Must be able to understand and calculate percentages, perform multiplication
  • Exceptional phone skills
  • Willingness to lead others, set expectations and help team members maintain the correct level of urgency, professionalism and collaboration
  • Ability and willingness to learn new skills
  • Capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently /organizational skills
  • Highly competent computer skills including Microsoft Office

Experience/Education:
  • Degree from an accredited 4 year college or university
  • Verifiable work history of progressive responsibility
  • Verifiable references
  • Preference given to those have the ability to relocate within the northeaster US
  • 2-5 years experience in Supervision
  • 2-5 years experience as a Rental Coordinator - preference given to those with rental industry experience
  • Combination of experience and education can be substituted for the 4 year degree requirement

Physical Demands :
  • While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to sit, stand and walk. Employee must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • The work environment is that of a typical warehouse office. Some exposure to cold, heat, noise, fumes and dust.

Salary Description
$65,000 - $80.000 per year
