As a Branch Operations Specialist, you won't just provide administrative support. You'll be the operational backbone of the branch-connecting customers, technicians, sales, and logistics to ensure work flows smoothly, accurately, and on time.   • Serving as the first point of contact for inbound calls, emails, online inquiries, and customer walkins
  • Processing customer requests including rental quotes, order placement, and service coordination
  • Supporting scheduling of technicians, deliveries, equipment rentals, and product pickups
  • Managing orders, contracts, billing, invoicing, and payment documentation with accuracy and timeliness
  • Entering orders, arranging deliveries, and ensuring freight terms and agreements are correctly applied
  • Supporting contract renewals, simple configuration changes, and purchase order updates
  • Assisting service shop technicians with work orders and pulling necessary parts for repairs
  • Ensuring time entries, labor, and billing details are accurate for service and project work
  • Documenting process flows and ensuring operational consistency
  • Collaborating closely with branch staff to resolve customer issues efficiently

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience in operations, customer service, or administrative support (industrial or service environment preferred)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment
  • Comfort working with ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools
  • Strong communication skills and a customerfocused mindset
