PSS is looking for experienced phone sales closers who know how to convert warm leads, build rapport quickly, and close with confidence.

We work with top direct-response marketing offers in the fitness, weight loss, muscle-building, brain health, diabetes support, and wellness industries. This is a full-time, contractor, commission-based position with strong earning potential for proven performers.

What You’ll Do

  • Call warm, high-intent customer leads through our CRM
  • Use proven scripts and consultative closing techniques
  • Build rapport, identify customer needs, and overcome objections
  • Upsell additional programs, supplements, and wellness products
  • Process orders and update customer information accurately
  • Aim for 10–15 conversions daily
  • Close approximately $2,000–$4,000 in gross revenue per day once fully trained

What We Provide

  • Warm buyer leads daily
  • No cold calling
  • No paying for leads
  • Sales scripts and closing training
  • CRM access
  • A performance-based sales culture
  • Opportunity to grow into leadership or sales management

Who We’re Looking For

This role is for experienced closers only. You should be confident, coachable, competitive, and motivated by commission-based earning potential.

Ideal candidates have:

  • At least 2 years of phone sales or direct sales experience
  • Strong objection-handling and communication skills
  • A professional, respectful approach to sales
  • A laptop or computer with reliable internet
  • Interest or knowledge in health, fitness, wellness, or supplements
  • A desire to earn $100,000+ annually based on performance

A personal training certification is not required, but fitness or wellness knowledge is a plus.

Do Not Apply If

  • You are uncomfortable with commission-based sales
  • You need a guaranteed hourly or salary position
  • You are not comfortable closing over the phone
  • You are not coachable or willing to follow a proven process
  • You do not have prior sales experience

Why Join PSS?

This is an opportunity for experienced sales professionals who are tired of capped income, low-growth roles, or traditional 9–5 jobs that do not match their ambition.

We are growing and looking for closers who can grow with us. Our goal is to promote from within and develop high-performing sales leaders who can eventually manage and train their own teams.

If you are a proven closer who wants access to warm leads, strong offers, a performance-based culture, and serious earning potential, we want to hear from you.

Apply today if you are ready to close, grow, and perform at a high level.
