This position requires being
onsite five days a week at our client's downtown Boston location, starting as soon as possible, with potential for
temp-to-hire. The role includes working Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, with a one-hour lunch break. The ideal candidate is ready to join a collaborative team and be the first point of contact for all visitors and callers.
Compensation: $23-25 per hour, approximately $47-50K annually

What You Will Do: - Deliver outstanding customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and guiding visitors-whether in-person or remote-with professionalism and warmth.
- Gain comprehensive knowledge of all program offerings to effectively assess needs and refer individuals to the appropriate services.
- Welcome guests with courtesy and respect, notifying the appropriate team members of their arrival.
- Manage phone triage, answering and directing calls with clarity and efficiency.
- Handle administrative tasks including data entry, photocopying, faxing, and responding to email inquiries.
- Maintain a welcoming, organized reception area that reflects the organization's commitment to excellence.
- Support team members by assisting with various administrative duties as needed.
- Foster a collaborative environment by building relationships with clients, colleagues, and community members.
Required Skills: - 2-3 years of customer service and front-desk experience demonstrating professionalism and excellent communication skills.
- Bilingual abilities in Spanish and/or Haitian Creole are preferred to better serve our diverse clientele.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with individuals from various cultural backgrounds, including those facing barriers to employment or language challenges.
- Proven moral integrity and sound judgment, especially when handling confidential information.
- Ability to perform well under pressure and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications.
- High school diploma or GED, along with at least two years of related experience.
