Job Summary/Company:

Sparks Group in partnership with a women's health clinic is looking to bring on a couple of staff for a 4 month project. Candidates must be comfortable discussing women's health in detail by discussing breast cancer screenings and other women's issues. Additionally, this position requires you to be Bi-lingual in English / Spanish and able to work on site five days a week. Ideal candidate has 1-2 years' experience in women's healthcare. DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Receive referrals for program and assess patient eligibility
  • Schedule patients for mammogram appointments by calling the patient, scheduling their mammogram, asking required patient assessment questions, sending appointment reminders, and arranging for transportation if needed
  • Schedule patients for their mammogram appointments at radiology providers by calling the patient, scheduling their mammogram, asking required patient assessment questions, sending appointment reminders, and arranging for transportation if needed.
  • Accurately track work on internal program spreadsheet and in EMR
  • Assist with entering program data into database in a timely and accurate manner

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Bilingual skills required (Spanish/English)
  • Previous experience working with vulnerable communities, particularly the uninsured
  • Experience with entering and tracking data in Excel spreadsheets
  • Experience working in an EMR or database preferred (training provided)
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and accura
