Job Title: Bilingual Business Development Representative/Account Manager/Community Outreach Liaison (Spanish/English)

Job Description: We are currently seeking a dedicated and bilingual Marketer/Business Development Representative to join our team. As a Marketer/Business Development Representative, you will strictly be working in the field (Bronx, Manhattan, Queens, Brooklyn, Westchester County (Mount Vernon)) playing a crucial role in facilitating the enrollment process for individuals seeking home care services. The ideal candidate must be dynamic, organized and embed strong communication and interpersonal skills for this position.

Responsibilities:

  • Generating new clients and building relationships with referral sources.

  • Conduct individual/Group presentations for health professionals, seniors and others.

  • Enroll and refer Medicaid eligible individuals.

  • Establishing and maintain brand awareness through referral source contacts, trade shows, conference, and community education efforts.

  • Developing and executing a marketing plan to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual growth targets.

  • Demonstrating a thorough and complete knowledge of the agency’s, vision, mission and values.

  • Identifying, evaluating and prioritizing potential referrals sources within the agency’s territory and surrounding area.

  • Representing the agency and its services in a professional, competent and responsive manner.

  • Maintain accurate and confidential records of all activities and participant information.

  • Attending weekly/monthly growth meeting.

  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing support throughout the process

Requirements:

  • Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal) is essential.

  • Existing contacts and territorial knowledge of local area and referral sources.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent sales skills.

  • Excellent time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines.

  • 1 year experience marketing for a home care agency (preferred).

  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license preferred.

  • Ability to function well in a high-pace environment
