Job description

Mandarin-speaking Nanny or babysitter

We are looking to welcome a mandarin-speaking part-time or full-time nanny to our family in Needham. We have two boys, ages 2 and 4. The older one is in full-day preschool and the other one has another year before half-day preschool. There is always at least one parent who is working from home during the day.
Responsibilities include preparing healthy meals and snacks for the kids, pick-up/drop-off at school, keeping the kids areas clean and organized, engaging the kids with activities and teaching, helping with family laundry and tidying the kitchen as needed. (We have professional cleaners come every week.)
Our nanny for the last 2 years needs to cut back on her hours, so we'd love to find someone who can complement her schedule. For part-time, we are looking for Tues, Wed, and Thurs 2-5pm. We could also extend up to 6pm.
Full time hours would be 8:30a-5pm M-F, but we could also accept 3-4 days a week.
