What are before school rota nannies?

Before school rota nannies are childcare professionals who work specific shifts, often on a rotating schedule, to care for children before they go to school in the mornings. Their duties typically include helping children get ready for the day, preparing breakfast, assisting with morning routines, and sometimes dropping children off at school.
