Before school rota nannies are childcare professionals who work specific shifts, often on a rotating schedule, to care for children before they go to school in the mornings. Their duties typically include helping children get ready for the day, preparing breakfast, assisting with morning routines, and sometimes dropping children off at school. The rota aspect means they may alternate shifts with another nanny, providing flexibility and consistent care for the family. This arrangement is particularly popular among families with demanding or irregular work schedules.
