Job description

Full Time live-in ROTA (7 days on/7 days off) Nannies required for a warm and loving Greenwich family with one infant (born Feb 2026) and one toddler (born Nov 2023) starting September 2026. Specific duties to be negotiated with the family, but in general, you will be responsible for all child related duties including providing nurturing care and interacting with both of their children in a fun, stimulating, educational, and age-appropriate way. To be successful in this role, you will need to be someone active and overall be a positive and engaging individual. The ideal candidates are flexible with their schedule, proactive, experienced with newborn, toddler and school age milestones and who appreciate direct communication with the family. A can do attitude with a team player mentality would be a wonderful match for these parents. You will partner with another ROTA nanny to ensure scheduling for the family. Location: Greenwich, CTStart date: ASAPDays/times:The family wants to find the best of the best! Ideal ROTA schedule is either 7 days on/7days off or 14 days on/14 days off with full flexibility to work 14 days straight (including weekends). Baseline hours expected of 60 hours/week +, with availability for early/late days, overnights and weekends. The family is looking for flexible candidates who can adapt accordingly during work hours to support the family's busy schedules.Children: two children - boy (2.5 yrs) + boy (6 months)Conditions: $110,000 - $125,000 annualized salary*. *dependent on experience Candidates with previous experience supporting UHNW/HNW families in a ROTA/Nanny team are highly desired. The family is open to negotiation for exceptional candidates and all strong candidates are encouraged to apply!For further consideration, applicants must possess the following:Authorization to work in the USClean drivers license required (no NYC driving) A minimum of 3-4 years experience as a nanny, 5-10 years preferredA well-suited demeanor for working with toddlers and school aged childrenExceptional childcare references that attest to strong communication skills, reliability, punctuality, maturity and high emotional intelligenceEducation or equivalent knowledge of ages and stages of child growth and developmentComfortable working in a partnership/alongside with other caregivers and Mother in the homeAbility to complete all child related duties (including, but not limited to: meal preparation, cleaning up/tidying bedroom and play areas, laundry, researching and planning playdates and activities, etc)Ability to commit for a minimum of 2 years for all permanent positions (this family is looking for a long term commitment)An open and flexible schedule and ability to travel with short noticeA valid passport (or willingness to obtain ASAP)Demonstrates professionalism and discretion at all times, reflecting the high standards and values prioritized by the family Fluency in both oral and written English
