Job description

Arkestro's Predictive Procurement Platform applies AI, game theory, and behavioral science to enterprise negotiations. It moves teams away from reactive supplier bidding toward data-driven offers that reduce friction and help both buyers and suppliers reach better outcomes faster.

Arkestro helps procurement teams influence more enterprise spend and uncover savings that traditional sourcing approaches often leave behind by applying predictive intelligence to how sourcing events are designed and executed.

We're a hyper-growth company looking for people who take ownership and are comfortable working through complexity. This is a tremendous opportunity if you want to do meaningful work and help shape how large enterprises run procurement... Arkestro is a place where you can have a big impact. See Arkestro in action at arkestro.com.

About this Role

Arkestro is looking for a BDR Manager to build and lead our outbound demand generation practice. This is a player-coach role: you'll carry your own pipeline contribution while recruiting, coaching, and growing a small, high-performing team of BDRs.

You'll own the strategy, systems, and day-to-day execution that turn our large enterprise ICP into qualified pipeline for the sales team.

This is a high-visibility opportunity for someone who wants to build a demand generation function at a fast-moving company, rather than step into one that's already fully built out.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a small team of BDRs, setting the standard through your own outbound activity and results
  • Build and continuously refine outbound and inbound qualification playbooks, cadences, and messaging targeted at large enterprise buyers
  • Own team pipeline targets – meetings booked, SQLs, and pipeline dollars generated – and report progress against them
  • Partner closely with Sales and Marketing leadership to align targeting, messaging, and lead scoring with our large enterprise ICP
  • Build repeatable processes and enablement for prospecting into large, complex organizations with multiple stakeholders
  • Manage and optimize the BDR tech stack, including HubSpot, to improve productivity, sequencing, and pipeline visibility
  • Analyze team performance data to identify what's working, coach to gaps, and scale what succeeds
  • Act as a key voice in shaping Arkestro's broader demand generation strategy as the team grows
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of BDR/SDR experience, ideally selling into large, complex enterprise organizations (ideally to CFO, CPO or supply chain organizations). Experience at an early-stage or high-growth B2B SaaS company
  • 1–2+ years managing, mentoring, or leading a BDR/SDR team, with a genuine willingness to stay hands-on with your own outbound activity
  • A track record of building or significantly improving a demand generation process, playbook, or team
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms, and a data-driven approach to pipeline metrics and forecasting
  • Strong coaching instincts — you can motivate and develop a small team while holding a high bar
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to engage senior stakeholders at large enterprises
  • A builder's mindset: you're energized by creating structure and process where none exists yet, not just executing an existing playbook
Pay Range

$150,000 — $170,000 USD

Benefits
  • Competitive salary and startup equity
  • Medical, Dental, Vision insurance premiums covered up to 100% (employee only)
  • 401K discretionary employer matching
  • Unlimited PTO
  • A remote-first team with regular opportunities to get together in person for team building, design sprints, and customer visits
  • Annual budget of $1,000 for learning and professional development
  • Diverse, inclusive, highly collaborative, and vibrant culture
