Department: Service | Business Development Center (BDC)
Job Overview
The Service Business Development Center (BDC) Representative plays a critical role in supporting the service department by serving as the primary point of contact between the dealership and its customers. We are seeking motivated, professional, and customer focused Service BDC Representative to join our growing team. This position is responsible for managing inbound and outbound customer communications, proactively scheduling and confirming service appointments, and ensuring a consistent, high quality customer experience across all touch points.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Generate Appointments.
  • Adhere to attendance, punctuality, and workplace conduct standards
  • Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in crm
  • Meet daily/weekly call and appointment goals
  • Uphold dealership professionalism, tone, and basic standards at all times
  • Follow up with customers via phone, text, and email.
  • Manage high volume of inbound and outbound service calls

Experience and Skills:
  • Previous BDC, Call center, customer service, or dealership experience preferred
  • Strong communication and phone etiquette skills
  • Positive attitude with willingness to learn and grow
  • Comfortable working with CRM Systems and basic computer programs
  • Ability to read and comprehend rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
