The Business Development Center (BDC) Supervisor is a technically savvy individual who understands computers, the internet, and other technologies and who can communicate in a clear efficient way. This position is responsible for ensuring the BDC productivity measures for driving traffic to the service department is efficient and productive. As a BDC Supervisor you will set appointments for our customers, make inbound and outbound calls, update customer information, and follow up on customer visits to ensure customer satisfaction in support of the company’s sales and service department goals.

Requirements:

Service BDC Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the BDC department
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize appointment setting opportunities
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate departmental performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Utilize various channels, including phone calls, emails, chat, and online platforms, to build strong customer relationships
  • Monitor and manage lead database systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
  • Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, promoting teamwork, open communication, and professional growth
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to enhance BDC performance and efficiency
