This role is ideal for someone with prior customer service, receptionist, call center, or inside sales experience who enjoys building relationships, managing high call volumes, and being the first point of contact for customers.

What Youโ€™ll Do
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, text, email, chat, and web inquiries

  • Handle inbound sales and service calls with professionalism and efficiency

  • Build rapport with customers and schedule appointments for sales and service teams

  • Provide accurate information on vehicles, services, promotions, and maintenance programs

  • Present initial financing or payment options based on customer needs

  • Maintain detailed and accurate notes in the CRM system
