As the Service Business Development Center Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our business by overseeing the operations of our Business Development Center. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the dealership's success through effective customer relationship management, lead generation, and service appointment scheduling.
Responsibilities
  • Implement best practices and standards to enhance customer experience and build long-term relationships with customers
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer relationship management and improve appointment scheduling efficiency.
  • Collaborate with service departments to ensure seamless communication and follow-up.
  • Train, mentor, and manage BDC staff to achieve performance goals.
  • Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management.

Requirements
