Established independent dealership in Maryland is looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join our team immediately.
We need someone who knows how to structure deals, get approvals, and move deals through funding efficiently. This role is for someone who can handle volume, solve problems, and keep deals moving without hand-holding.
Responsibilities:
  • Structure and submit deals to multiple lenders
  • Work approvals, stips, and funding from start to finish
  • Maximize backend while staying compliant
  • Communicate with sales team and lenders to keep deals progressing
  • Ensure clean, fundable deals every time
Qualifications:
  • Two or more years experience as a Finance Manager in an independent dealership
  • Strong understanding of subprime and near-prime lending
  • Experience with Dealertrack and Frazer preferred
  • Ability to handle high volume and think through tough deals
  • Strong attention to detail and urgency
