Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with their vehicle service needs from check-in to delivery.
  • Provide accurate cost estimates and repair recommendations.
  • Coordinate repairs with technicians and communicate updates to customers.
  • Review completed work and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Promote additional maintenance services and maintain profitability goals.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or similar customer service role.
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle systems, maintenance, and repair processes.
  • Proficiency in dealership management systems (Reynolds preferred).
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to build trust and rapport with customers and technicians.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
