At Classic Toyota - Wilkesboro, we are seeking a dedicated BDC & Rental Car Representative to join our team in North Wilkesboro, NC. This role involves both customer interaction through our call center and rental car counter operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for answering incoming calls, setting appointments, making outbound calls to schedule appointments, and assisting customers at the rental car counter.

Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally.
  • Set appointments for sales and service departments.
  • Make outbound calls to follow up with customers and schedule appointments.
  • Assist customers at the rental car counter, processing rental agreements and managing vehicle availability.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and appointments.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to help build strong customer relationships.
