About the Role:

As the Automotive BDC Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of our Business Development Center. You’ll work to maximize sales opportunities by driving customer appointments, enhancing communication strategies, and fostering a high-performing team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase customer engagement, appointments, and sales.
  • Manage and train a team of BDC representatives to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Be consistently available to support, guide, and manage the team to ensure optimal performance.
