Job Description:The Bar Manager is responsible for overseeing the bar program at Oyster House. This includes managing inventory, ordering supplies, and ensuring the highest quality of beverages for guests. The role also involves supervising bar staff, developing the drink menu, and promoting the bar program through creative marketing and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

  • Manage and optimize the bar program, including creating seasonal menus and selecting drink offerings.
  • Oversee daily operations of the bar, ensuring staff are trained on product knowledge, customer service, and safety standards.
  • Maintain inventory control, order supplies, and manage costs to maximize profitability.
