What You'll Do
  • Lead all daily bar operations while delivering an exceptional guest experience.
  • Recruit, train, coach, and develop bartenders and bar staff.
  • Create a positive, high-energy culture focused on service, teamwork, and accountability.
  • Manage inventory, ordering, cost controls, and beverage profitability.
  • Ensure consistent execution of beverage standards, recipes, and presentation.
  • Partner closely with restaurant, banquet, and hotel leadership to support overall Food & Beverage operations.
  • Monitor labor costs, scheduling, and productivity.
  • Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations.
